Enid Slack in St. Lucia

On November 9-10, 2016, IMFG Director Enid Slack gave two presentations to the Caribbean Valuation and Construction Conference in St. Lucia.
The presentations are entitled, How to Reform the Property Tax and Land Value Capture: Issues, Options & Implementation. The conference was jointly organized by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the International Property Tax Institute (IPTI).
