The second seminar in our "Moving Our Region: Transportation for the Future" series is entitled, "Planning for Better Transportation Outcomes in Complex Environments: Lessons Learned from Vancouver and Chicago".

The first session of its 2010-2011 seminar series “Moving Our Region: Transportation for the Future” is entitled “Transport for our Region in 2030… But not as we know it” with George Hazel, OBE, Chairman of MRC McLean Hazel, a subsidiary of Toronto-based MMM Group, and Joe Berridge, Partner at Urban Strategies.

As part of its 2011 Graduate Seminar Series, Mia Baumeister (Master of Urban and Regional Planning Candidate, University of Toronto) presents on "Development charges across Canada: Can they be used to promote sustainability?" Mia’s research is being conducted under a grant recently awarded to IMFG by Sustainable Prosperity.
