Kass Forman
Manager, Programs and Research
Kass Forman is Manager, Programs and Research, at the IMFG. He brings over seven years of experience in public policy and government relations, with a focus on fiscal federalism. He has served as an official at Finance Canada, where he was an economist in the federal-provincial relations division, and the OECD, where he led policy projects on inter-governmental fiscal relations and authored multiple papers and book chapters. Prior to this, he ran the Alberta Green Economy Network, overseeing advocacy efforts to encourage green job creation and improve environmental policy. Kass has also worked as a government relations consultant and political researcher, including on the Premier-Designate of Alberta’s transition team. He is a 2017 Top 30 Under 30 recipient from the Alberta Council for Global Cooperation.
