Book Launch: Governance and Finance of Metropolitan Areas in Federal Systems

IMFG Director Enid Slack and Rupak Chattopadhyay, President and CEO of the Forum of Federations, have edited a new book entitled, Governance and Finance of Metropolitan Areas in Federal Systems (Oxford University Press, Sept. 16, 2013).
The presentation compared the findings on the governance and finance of 18 metropolitan areas in federal systems around the world and identified some of the issues that will need to be resolved if these areas are to thrive in the future. Copies of the book were available for sale after the presentation.
