May 20, 2014 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Municipalities in Canada partner in the delivery of many services, such as emergency services, water delivery, and sanitation. This talk examined the policy and fiscal aspects of inter-local cooperation agreements in six Canadian metropolitan areas—Toronto, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Edmonton, and Calgary.
