IMFG@10: The Past, Present, and Future of City Finance and Governance

For ten years, the Institute on Municipal Finance and Governance at the Munk School of Global Affairs has conducted independent research, sparked and informed public debate, and engaged the academic and policy communities around important issues of municipal finance and governance. On its tenth anniversary, panelists Slack, Bird, and Taylor look at the past, present, and future of these issues and give their progress reports: what, if anything, have cities learned?
