The Institute on Municipal Finance and Governance is pleased to announce that Zachary Spicer is the IMFG Post-Doctoral Fellow for 2013-14. Dr. Spicer received his Ph.D. in Political Science in 2013 from the University of Western Ontario, and his Master’s in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University. He has published several journal articles on various aspects of local governance and Canadian politics. His ongoing research will explore the use of inter-municipal agreements within metropolitan areas in Canada.
