IMFG is pleased to welcome Bill Hughes as Senior Fellow to the Institute this summer. Bill has over 35 years of experience in finance and public policy at both the provincial and municipal levels of government. While at the Institute, he will be conducting research on the relationship between planning policy and municipal finance in growing municipalities.
