The City of Toronto has made great strides in ensuring its fiscal sustainability, but the city now faces a number of critical decisions – on issues ranging from transportation and new transit revenues, to housing, casinos, and the Waterfront – about how to invest and plan for its future. City Manager Joe Pennachetti discussed the City's fiscal position and the strategic directions the City must weigh in building an economically vibrant, functional, and inclusive Toronto.
