Toronto Star: Enid Slack on the Uploading of Toronto Highways to the Province

IMFG Director Enid Slack responded to speculation in the Toronto Star that the Ontario government would upload responsibility for highways in Toronto and the impact this would have to help the City with its financial crisis. She said this would “somewhat” help, “but it’s not going to solve the whole problem.”
