OECD publishes paper by Slack and Bird on property tax reform

The OECD has published a new paper in the OECD series, Working Papers on Fiscal Federalism 18, by IMFG Director Enid Slack and Prof. Richard Bird, entitled “The Political Economy of Property Tax Reform” (2014).
